You will need:150g digestive biscuits |

![]() 1. Line the tinLine a 20cm (8 in) square shallow tin with clingfilm, leaving enough to hang over the sides of the tin.
![]() 4. Mix togetherMix together the broken biscuits, chopped dried apricots, raisins, chopped pecans and Kellogg's Rice Krispies. Stir these into the melted chocolate mixture. |

![]() 2. Break the biscuitsBreak the biscuits into small pieces.
5. Chill in fridgeSpoon the mixture into the prepared tin and level the surface by pressing down with a potato masher. Leave to cool in the tin and put in the fridge to set – which will take 1 to 2 hours. To serve, turn out, carefully peel off the film and cut into 12 squares or into triangles.

![]() 3. Melt the chocolateMelt the two chocolates, syrup and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stirring occasionally. Make sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
