Terms and Conditions for Charlie and Lola Competition

1. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. This prize draw is open to UK residents only, with the exception of employees of Hachette Childrens Books, Annabel Karmel and their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.

3. Entrants must be a registered Annabel Karmel member.

4. To enter simply complete the online form. No purchase necessary.

5. Entries must be received by 23:59 on 31st December 2011. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or late. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.

6. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

7. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw, which will take place on 16th January 2012.

8. The First Prize is a party pack for 25, includes; Charlie and Lola pre-filled party bags containing: pink bubbles, water pistols, party bracelets, party blowouts, packs of mini pencils, balloons and lollipops. Charlie and Lola plates, Cups and Napkins plus table covers. Red party hats and Charlie and Lola Invitations. Foil and Latex Balloons. Extremely Limited Edition Charlie and Lola print signed by Lauren Child. A set of 3 original Charlie and Lola pictures books.                          
The Second Prize consists of; 15 runners up who will each receive a copy of I will Not Ever Never Eat a Tomato pop up book and Slightly Invisible book. The Third Prize consists of; 15 runners up who will each receive a Charlie and Lola Breakfast set, to include; plate, cup, bowl and eggcup in a gift box.

9. The winner of the first prize will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent third party on 16th January 2012. The runners up prizes will then be drawn randomly thereafter. The winners of the Prizes will be notified via email by 23rd January and are required to accept their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prizes are unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prizes to substitute winners selected in accordance with these rules.

10. There is no cash alternative to these prizes.

11. To obtain details of the winners please email info@mostra.co.uk stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading. Winner's details will be available 4 weeks after the closing date.

12. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity as the Promoter may require.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
