Does breast size affect milk production?

Clare Byam-Cook says

Breast size has nothing to do with how much milk you will produce. However, some breasts seem to work much better than others and, in my experience, it is mainly down to luck (rather than effort) if you have a good milk supply. Some mothers could easily feed triplets, while others struggle to feed only one.
