Easter Recipe For Kids Ingredients175g (6 oz) butter Decoration
Method:Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add an egg at a time with 1 tablespoon of flour. Fold in the remaining flour together with the milk, lemon rind and vanilla essence. Grease and flour two 27 X 18cm (11 X 7in) shallow baking tins. Spread the mixture evenly over the base of the tins and bake for 20 minutes (a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake will come out clean when the cake is ready). Information: |
