Stir Fry - Beef Sesame

Provided you are not vegetarian, it is important to include red meat in your child's diet, as red meat provides the richest source of iron and iron deficiency is the most common nutritional deficiency in children in the UK. This stir fry is a firm family favourite in my house.

Method:

Heat the sesame oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic, carrots, sweetcorn and courgette for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the beef and continue to stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
