If your baby isn’t so keen on drinking milk, it’s a good idea to make milky puddings. Between 9 and 12 months, babies still need 600ml (20 fl oz) of formula or breast milk each day. Milk is rich in calcium, protein and vitamins and few foods are as nutritious. Calcium is important for the structure of your baby’s teeth and it forms strong, healthy bones. Milk and dairy products are the best and most easily absorbed forms of calcium.
